Digital License
Digital License: If you want to use any of these illustrations for digital book covers or to use in your website or blog of for some (see below) downloadable products; this license gives you perpetual, non-exclusive rights to use the chosen images - for publication, marketing, promotion or website usage as specified in the Digital License Agreement you will receive upon payment.
You can also use the images in arts and crafts printable items such as designer paper, gift paper, etc. as long as you include the artist credit for Maria Mar.
The Digital License does not allow you to:
- Sell the image as art by itself. (Posters, canvas art, prints, etc.)
- Sell the image in greeting cards, t-shirts or other products for sale or distribution, with the exception of downloadable/digital arts and crafts or designer papers, as specified above.
Digital License for Path Portfolios: add $50 more to the cost of any Path Portfolio and you have perpetual non-exclusive rights for those images --up to nine images.
Digital License for Full Portfolio, add $100 to the full portfolio.

Business License: If you want to use any of these illustrations for book covers (paperback/hardcover and digital), to use as art for your digital or physical products for sale, with a sales volume of no more than 100 a month and with the exception of greeting cards or the image as art by itself-- this license gives you perpetual, non-exclusive rights to use the chosen images - for publication, marketing, promotion, production, distribution and website use as specified in the Business License Agreement you will receive upon payment.
The Business license does not allow you to:
- Sell the image as art by itself. (Posters, canvas art, prints, etc.)
- Sell the image in greeting cards.
- Sell in massive volumes (

Corporate License: If you want to use any of these illustrations in any or all of your products or items (except direct sales of the image as art) and your average sales per item exceeds 100 per month, then a corporate license covers your usage. The Corporate License gives you perpetual, non-exclusive rights to use the chosen images - for publication, marketing, promotion, production, distribution and website use as specified in the Corporate License Agreement you will be required to sign upon payment.
- You can purchase single images, path images or the full portfolio.
- Exclusive use may be negotiated.
- Color versions of some images are available or can be generated.
10% from the sales of any Corporate License goes to saving the trees.
